How does purchasing a property from your site work?
It is simple and easy- you will select the property you would like to purchase and how you would like to purchase it (cash or payments). You then select the “Reserve Now” button and fill out the required information to complete.
Are you a real estate agent?
No I am not a real estate agent.
Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?
Yes I would love to. If you would like to click the link that says “Get Notified” at the top right of the page, I can add you the the buyers list for when we have properties that hit your specific criteria.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
There are no hidden fees. The only fee we have with our payment option is a $198 Document fee that is required.
Why are your properties so cheap?
Being an investor, I deal directly with the seller when I purchase the property. I typically get these properties at deep discounts and that allows me to hand these off to you as the buyer at 10-40% of market value.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
That is a great question. We use a safe payment system with Stripe and Geekpay to collect the monthly payments.
